10-Year Golf Ball Damage Warranty

Golf Ball Screen, LLC provides an unconditional Golf Ball Damage Warranty to all customers who purchase Golf Ball window protection panels.

While we have never had a warranty claim, we want our customers to have complete peace of mind knowing their investment is protected.

What's Covered

Your warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of delivery to your residence or contractor’s facility and covers:

  • Any damage, tears, or rips to the screen caused by a golf ball striking the protective panel.
  • Damage to the window behind the golf ball screen if the glass breaks as a result of a golf ball impact.
  • Coverage even if the golf ball does not penetrate the screen but still causes the glass to break.
  • Transferability to a new property owner if the home is sold within the 10-year warranty period.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Packing and shipping costs for replacement panels or replacement parts.
  • Damage occurring before the panel(s) have been installed.
  • Damage caused by anything other than a golf ball.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To begin a claim, email:

Required Information

Please submit the following within one (1) week of the damage occurring:

  • Photos of the damaged panel and/or window.
  • The date the damage occurred.
  • A description of what caused the damage or breakage.

Glass Replacement Claims

If a window is broken, the customer must provide:

  • Two (2) written estimates for replacement of the damaged window.

Upon approval of the claim, Golf Ball Screen will coordinate directly with the selected window provider and arrange payment for the approved repair. All repair arrangements will be discussed with the customer prior to authorization.

Screen Replacement Claims

If a screen panel requires replacement, Golf Ball Screen will make every reasonable effort to ship the replacement panel within 21 days of claim approval.
