The good news—it’s simple and straightforward. On a construction difficulty scale of 1 to 10, this installation ranks about a 3.4.
Over the past 19 years, we’ve continually refined our product to make installation easier and more efficient. Our systems are engineered with homeowners in mind, focusing on simplicity, reliability, and keeping costs reasonable.
Every purchase includes detailed installation instructions, all necessary hardware specific to your structure, and access to live support when needed.
A large percentage of customers install each panel in 20 minutes or less on their own. However, some prefer to hire a local handyman or a professional installer such as ACE Handyman Services, which may also offer a one-year workmanship warranty.
It’s your choice.
Customer A (MN):
A DIY person who loves working with his hands and being outdoors. He found our process easy and much faster than he expected. His project involved a two-story home with seven panels. The installation took five hours, including setting up and taking down scaffolding to reach the second story. He has since ordered panels for his covered patio as well to protect from those ground assault golf balls.
Customer B (TX):
They had no problem providing measurements and photos. However, after reviewing the images, we determined that two different types of panel systems were needed. We worked back and forth with the customer several times to ensure they had the proper protection, including overlaying instructions on the photos and providing guidance on where to measure for each window type. They ultimately decided to hire a local handyman. We worked closely with the handyman from start to finish, making ourselves available on installation day in case any questions came up. He completed the job quickly and thanked us for the support and noted how easy the installation process was due to how the panels are designed.
Customer C (FL):
Seasonal residents planning to retire full-time, with one ground-floor triple window and two large second-floor windows. They were uncomfortable measuring from outside and did not feel confident handling the installation themselves. After several discussions, they decided to contact ACE Handyman Services for both measurements and installation. We coordinated with AHS and the customers to ensure everything went smoothly. The measurements were completed easily, as were the installations.
Even AHS was surprised by how well the products are designed, noting how easy they are to install and remove for maintenance or simple window cleaning.
