Golf Ball Screen products are custom made to order. Each order is fabricated based on the measurements, colors, drawings, approvals, photos, and project information provided by the customer, the customer’s contractor, or the customer’s representative.
Because these products are custom built for each specific project, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all invoices, estimates, fabrication drawings, measurements, colors, project details, and approval documents before the order is built.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including but not limited to:
Golf Ball Screen, LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements, incorrect color selections, inaccurate project details, or incomplete information provided by the customer, contractor, or representative.
Before products are built, customers may receive invoicing, estimates, and/or fabrication drawings for review and approval. Customer approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the information shown.
Once an order is approved and fabrication begins, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed unless Golf Ball Screen, LLC agrees in writing.
All prices are subject to change until an order is finalized. Custom sizes, shapes, specialty designs, color matching, packing, palletizing, shipping, and other project needs may affect the final price.
Payment terms will be provided at the time of invoice or order. Orders may not move into fabrication until required payment and approvals have been received.
Shipping is available as a convenience to customers, but it is not required as part of every purchase. Customers may arrange their own shipping or pick up completed orders when available.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Golf Ball Screen, LLC may assist in arranging shipment through a common carrier, but Golf Ball Screen, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, freight damage, loss, or carrier issues.

Because all Golf Ball Screen products are custom made to order, Golf Ball Screen, LLC does not offer refunds or returns on approved custom orders.
If Golf Ball Screen, LLC builds a product with measurements or colors that are different from the measurements or colors approved by the customer, Golf Ball Screen, LLC will remake and ship the corrected product to the customer at no cost to the customer.

Golf Ball Screen, LLC provides warranty coverage as stated on its Warranty page and/or in written warranty documents provided by the company. Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, shipping damage, damage before installation, or causes outside the stated warranty terms.
Customers may install their own Golf Ball Screen products or use a contractor, handyman, or installation provider of their choice. When available, Golf Ball Screen, LLC may help connect customers with third-party measuring or installation support.
Third-party providers are independent from Golf Ball Screen, LLC unless otherwise stated in writing. Golf Ball Screen, LLC is not responsible for the work, scheduling, pricing, availability, or performance of third-party service providers.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required homeowners association, architectural review, building, permitting, or local approvals before installation. Golf Ball Screen, LLC may provide product information to assist with approvals, but the customer remains responsible for confirming all project requirements.
Golf Ball Screen products are designed to help protect homes, windows, doors, patios, lanais, decks, and outdoor areas from golf ball impact. No product can guarantee prevention of every possible type of damage under every possible condition.
Customers are responsible for proper use, proper installation, and regular inspection of their products.
Golf Ball Screen, LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. However, pricing, product descriptions, availability, warranty terms, shipping information, and other website content may change without notice.

If the final product is built with measurements or colors that are different from the measurements or colors approved by the customer, Golf Ball Screen, LLC will remake and ship the corrected product to the customer at no cost to the customer.
Shipping damage is handled separately from refunds. Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries and following the Shipping Policy for freight damage, hidden damage, carrier claims, and replacement options.

Golf Ball Screen, LLC offers direct door-to-door shipping as a convenience to customers. Shipping is not required as part of every purchase. Customers may also arrange their own shipping or pick up completed orders when available.
All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If Golf Ball Screen, LLC assists in arranging shipment, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping carrier according to the carrier’s terms and rate quote.
When requested, Golf Ball Screen, LLC may arrange door-to-door shipping through a national common carrier selected by Golf Ball Screen, LLC.
Golf Ball Screen, LLC may provide access to discounted shipping rates when available. The customer may receive a rate quote showing the retail rate and discounted rate. The customer is responsible for paying the carrier directly for the applicable shipping charges.
Customers may arrange their own shipping or pick up their order after completion when available.
Golf Ball Screen, LLC will pack and/or palletize shipments to the best of its ability to help protect the order during transit. However, Golf Ball Screen, LLC is not responsible for shipment damage, loss, carrier delays, or carrier handling.
Golf Ball Screen, LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, delays, or other issues caused by shipping carriers or shippers.
If visible damage is present at delivery, the customer should either:
If hidden damage is discovered after unpacking, the customer must report the damage in writing to both the shipping carrier and Golf Ball Screen, LLC within two (2) weeks of receiving the shipment.
The written notice should include photos of the damaged areas and a description of the damage.
Customers are responsible for filing their own damage claim with the shipping carrier. Golf Ball Screen, LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with the claim process and provide documentation that may be required by the carrier’s claims department.
Upon notification and/or request for replacement, Golf Ball Screen, LLC may replace damaged items at a 20% discount from the original product cost and reship the replacement items to the customer.
All shipping costs for replacement items and reshipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
