From Measurement to Protection
A broken window is not a matter of IF… but WHEN. Our process is designed to make protecting your home simple, accurate, and stress-free from start to finish.
Start by sending us your full name, phone number, email, city, state, and ZIP code so we can prepare your estimate and support your project.
Tell us which areas you want protected such as windows, doors, patios, lanais, or any exposed glass. Send clear photos of each opening and label or number each one so everything matches correctly.
Measure each window or door from the outside including width and height. If trim is present, include those measurements as well so we can fabricate precise custom panels. If you need help with measuring, ACE Handyman Services is available in select areas to assist.
Once we review your photos and measurements, we will respond within 48 hours by email, text, or phone with your custom estimate, recommendations if needed, and project details. If your home is part of a homeowners association (HOA), we can assist by providing product information and documentation to help with approval requirements.
If you choose to move forward, we send an official invoice for review. A 50% deposit is required to begin production and once received, we create fabrication drawings for your approval.
After approval, your panels are custom-built by hand and you will receive updates throughout production. Final drawings ensure proper fit before completion.
Once fabrication is complete, we request the remaining balance, professionally package your order, and ship directly to your home via a national carrier. A discounted freight quote is provided so you know exactly what to expect upon delivery.
INSTALLATION
Installation takes approximately 20 minutes per panel. You can install it yourself, hire a local handyman, or use ACE Handyman Services for professional installation support where available.
WARRANTY
Your system includes a 120-month (10-year) transferable warranty, activated once we receive photos of the installed panels.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Many homeowners only protect the window that has already been damaged. However, adjacent windows are often just as vulnerable, so we recommend evaluating all exposed glass areas when planning protection.
